In 2022, the Art of Events team produced a large-scale themed party at Hyatt Phuket for 450 guests. The event concept was inspired by the futuristic world of Cyberpunk 2077, combining a neon cityscape, digital technology, striking characters and the atmosphere of an alternative reality.
Our objective was not simply to decorate the venue, but to create a fully immersive world in which every guest became part of the experience.
The transformation began immediately upon arrival. Guests were welcomed by a team of professional make-up artists and stylists who created futuristic looks, applied neon make-up, added distinctive accessories and helped each participant become a character from the cyberpunk universe.
A themed market operated inside the venue, offering accessories, costume elements and visual details. Guests could develop and personalise their looks throughout the evening, becoming even more involved in the concept.
The hotel space was completely transformed. The design incorporated neon structures, illuminated tunnels, metallic textures, futuristic art installations, graffiti, digital panels, warning signs, glowing cables and scenic elements inspired by the streets of a future metropolis.
One of the main visual features was a complex multimedia installation made from several semi-transparent projection screens positioned behind one another. Individual graphic content was projected onto each layer, creating a three-dimensional composition with depth and a holographic visual effect.
A unique video-mapping programme was developed specifically for the event and synchronised with the music, lighting and live performances. Layered digital graphics, animation, interface elements and futuristic characters created the feeling of being inside a virtual city.
The entertainment programme was designed as one continuous and dynamic show. The event featured:

• a DJ;
• visual and interactive performances.
Every detail, from the performers’ costumes to the lighting, music and video content, formed part of the same creative concept. This transformed the programme from a collection of separate performances into one complete event with its own narrative and visual identity.
