Art of Events, in collaboration with Cafe del Mar Phuket, produced the exclusive themed event Bal de Fleur (Flower Ball) — one of the most colourful and visually spectacular parties ever held at the iconic beach club in Phuket.
As one of our long-term partners, Cafe del Mar Phuket invited Art of Events to develop the creative concept, transform the venue and deliver the complete event production.
The event welcomed approximately 700 guests and transformed the club into a vibrant floral fantasy where contemporary nightlife, art, fashion and festival energy came together in one unforgettable experience.
The entire venue was redesigned with spectacular floral installations, oversized flowers, artistic décor, custom-designed structures and elegant photo locations created specifically for the event.
Every area of the club became part of the visual experience, encouraging guests to capture and share the atmosphere throughout the evening. The event generated extensive social media content thanks to its highly photogenic design and immersive environment.
The musical programme featured internationally recognised DJs, including resident artists from the Odyssey Festival, delivering an energetic soundtrack that kept the venue alive throughout the night.
To maintain the exclusive atmosphere of the event, a strict face control policy was implemented, ensuring a carefully curated guest experience.
