Corporate Event with Little Big

In 2024, Art of Events produced a large-scale corporate event for one of Phuket’s leading property developers. The celebration took place on a panoramic rooftop venue at a hotel overlooking Kata Beach and welcomed more than 400 guests.

Our team created a complete event concept featuring executive presentations, an employee awards ceremony, gift presentations, a gala dinner and a spectacular entertainment programme.

The highlight of the evening was an exclusive performance by Little Big, delivering an energetic show that became the unforgettable finale of the event. Art of Events managed the entire artist booking process, negotiations with management, international travel, accommodation, local transportation, hospitality rider, technical rider and full concert production in complete accordance with the artists’ requirements.

The event featured a professional stage, concert-quality sound system, lighting production, LED screens, special effects, experienced hosts and seamless coordination throughout the evening.

Art of Events was responsible for the entire production process, including concept development, supplier management, artist booking, hospitality and technical rider management, technical production, scheduling and on-site event coordination.
