Opening Ceremony of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Phuket

Art of Events regularly works with government institutions, diplomatic missions, ministries and international organisations, delivering official ceremonies, conferences, business receptions and protocol events throughout Thailand.

One of these projects was the official opening ceremony of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Phuket, held in 2024.

For this occasion, our team transformed the area in front of the Consulate into a fully equipped event venue. The surrounding street was temporarily closed, guest marquees were installed, premium catering was arranged, and a dedicated VIP pavilion was created to welcome official delegations and distinguished guests.

The ceremony was attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Thailand Evgeny Tomikhin, the Honorary Consul of Russia in Thailand, members of the diplomatic corps, government representatives, business leaders and the Russian community.

Art of Events provided complete event production, including venue infrastructure, technical production, professional sound, photography and videography, catering, supplier coordination, security, logistics and full protocol support throughout the event.
