Corporate Event for 500 Guests with the Band Frukty

In 2024, Art of Events produced a large-scale corporate event for one of Phuket’s leading property developers. The celebration took place on a panoramic rooftop venue overlooking Kata Beach and welcomed more than 500 guests.

Our team created the complete concept for the evening, combining executive presentations, an employee awards ceremony, gift presentations, a gala dinner and a high-energy entertainment programme.

The headline performance featured the popular band Frukty. Art of Events managed the entire artist booking process, negotiations with management, international and domestic travel, accommodation, local transportation, hospitality rider, technical rider and complete stage production in full compliance with the band’s requirements.

The event also included professional lighting, concert-quality sound, stage production, video content, hosts, live entertainment and seamless coordination throughout the evening.

Art of Events was responsible for the entire production process, including creative development, supplier management, artist coordination, technical production, scheduling and on-site event management.
