MagicDAY: Private Villa Party

Art of Events produced an exclusive private party for 25 senior executives of a well-known bank at Amarapura, one of Phuket’s most luxurious private villas, located on Cape Yamu.

This was a fully confidential project with exceptional requirements for security, privacy, logistics and production quality. Two private Embraer aircraft were arranged to transport the guests to Phuket.

For the duration of the event, the villa’s regular staff were completely replaced by a dedicated team assembled specifically for the project. Security was provided by our own professional team together with the clients’ personal security officers, who travelled with the guests. Every operational process was designed to guarantee complete privacy and controlled access to the property.

The main objective was to completely transform the familiar villa environment and create an extraordinary fantasy world that would exist for one night only.

A significant part of the décor was custom-manufactured in China specifically for the project. The villa and its grounds were transformed into a large-scale surreal garden filled with oversized art objects, bold colours and unexpected spatial installations.

The décor included:

• giant chairs;
• brightly coloured coconuts;
• enormous floating jellyfish measuring up to eight metres;
• oversized mushrooms ranging from 1.5 to 5 metres in height;
• an immersive enchanted forest;
• a neon corridor created from long flowing ribbons;
• custom lighting installations;
• original sculptures and scenic structures.

The installations were integrated into the architecture, gardens and outdoor areas of the villa, allowing guests to move continuously from one visual environment into another. Each zone had its own distinctive mood while remaining part of one complete artistic concept.

The evening’s music programme featured invited DJs. Models and performers moved throughout the venue, becoming part of the visual concept and reinforcing the atmosphere of an exclusive private club experience.

Although the event welcomed only 25 guests, the scale of the production, the complexity of the logistics and the volume of custom décor were comparable to those of a major international event. Every detail was carefully managed, from private aviation and security to guest movement, lighting, music and visual design.
